On a positive note, the staff eventually offered us a different room, which was an appreciated gesture, but communication could have been better.

Check-in was okay, but the vibes were off the moment we arrived. Met some shady folks outside. The room itself was a mess—everything smelled bad and the couch was gross. At least the AC worked well. Pro tip, the area feels unsafe at night, so maybe skip this one if you're traveling solo or with your family.

The night manager was cute and made check-in seamless! Plus, the mini fridge and microwave in the room really saved me when I didn’t want to leave for food.

I had a great time here with friends! We visited the Golf N Games Family Fun Center and the Contra Costa Fairgrounds, both just a short drive away. The accommodations were nice, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for groups looking for a fun getaway.

So, I stayed in a Queen Room, Non-Smoking for one night. My daughter had a terrible experience. The room was awful, and it left her really upset. Also, the desk clerk wasn’t much help at all. Just a bad vibe overall. Not impressed.
